After designing a presentation folder for Stan Johnson Company, a large, nationwide independent commercial real estate firm, the company’s marketing director wanted us to produce a company profile that could be saddle stitched inside the folder to be used for everything from new client briefings to recruiting new employees. In the end, we designed the guide so that only a single page would need to be swapped out depending on the purpose of its use.
